No Medical Insurance? What to do!

Here we are people losing houses, jobs, and medical insurance. How do we cope? There are some things you need to know. Because I am in the health business I want to share ways to put your mind at ease with simple things to have in the house for your health. First of all no one is more responsible for your health than you. So when you come to the realization of that you will need to change your ways. Here are some guidelines to help with the emotional feelings of abandonment.

Eat foods that are fresh and grown close to home as much as possible. Frozen fresh would be the next choice and then home-canned would come third. Many people who live to be healthy and old will tell you that they ate what was available and in season. It was not shipped and purchased. It was grown or bought from the nearby farmer. Even if you live in the city, you can go for a ride and purchase products from the farmer. Look around you will be amazed at what you can find.

Over eating can kill you. So where does it say you have to eat three meals a day. Sometimes you just don’t feel like eating. So don’t. But also don’t wait until you are so hungry you eat everything in site. Eating late at night puts more stress on your digestive system which is slowing down to get rid of toxic waste while you sleep. don’t load it up.

Need to lose weight? This is a good time to do something about that. Follow a blood type diet for 30 days and see what happens. This diet does not require special foods – the foods you are allowed to eat are foods you probably already eat every day. The blood type diet is based on the theory that certain foods are better for your blood type. There are lots of books at the library on the subject. Go get one and learn what you can do. You will not have to follow this rest of your life unless you choose to do so; but it will kick-start your weight loss and you will learn how to have certain foods once in a while that you just love. Best of all it won't cost you a thing to do this.

Take one supplement per day, such as a tonic, to obtain nutrients you miss with foods. I take ZAMU from the Amazon Herbs. It gives me everything I need just in case I didn’t eat right today or not enough. This product has also been used for chronic illness by taking more then the required dose. So there you have your medicine in a bottle. It is always best to take a liquid supplement because it absorbs quickly into the system and no digestion is required. Most of us have digestive issues whether we want to believe it or not.

Keep onions and garlic in the house. They have natural antibacterial, antiseptic and antifungal properties.
