9 - Bones Essence

This essence helps to release and heal emotional and energetic patterns that are frequently associated with the bones (appendicular and axial skeletons…). The Bone Essence promotes resiliency and integrity. An awareness of being connected to the body is augmented, core issues may come to light and we gain a sense of standing on a firm foundation.

How to Use This Essence:

Regular use: take 5 to 7 drops 3 to 5
times per day. In acute situations, the
Bones Essence may be taken every
hour - or more frequently if needed - 
until equilibrium is restored.
