10 - Muscles Essence

This essence helps to release and heal emotional and energetic patterns that are frequently associated with the muscles (600+ muscles and connective tissue…). The Muscles Essence promotes suppleness of mind and spirit and helps us find strength and endurance.

How to Use This Essence:

Regular use: take 5 to 7 drops 3 to 5
times per day. In acute situations, the
Muscles Essence may be taken every
hour - or more frequently if needed - 
until equilibrium is restored. An excellent
essence to add to massage oils (11
drops).
