ARTHRITIS - BE GONE!

Arthritis is a general term for approximately 100 diseases. Causes of these disorders include Immune System reaction and the wear and tear of aging.

Osteoarthritis is the wearing away of the joints and is the most common.

Rheumatoid Arthritis (rheumatism) is a chronic inflammatory condition where the body’s immune system attacks the cartilage and other tissue.

DIET:

Watch your food combinations and keep your pH in balance. Avoid dairy, all night shade vegetables and grains.

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER:
